The Young Professionals Group (YPG) was formed to provide opportunities for AIM members either just starting out in their career or those wishing to take the next step to further develop their management expertise.
Young Professionals is dedicated to fostering personal and professional development of its members. The aim of the YPG committee is to draw upon real issues and exchange ideas through passionate and engaging guest speakers, with a focus on open dialogue and group interaction. YPG is in no means something exclusive to the young but something more attuned to those who are young in experience or in knowledge and who wish to succeed or lead in the future.
